These terms apply to mybillfighter.co.uk, run by Mitchell Humby, a sole trader in the UK trading as Bill Fighter (website: https://mybillfighter.co.uk, email: hello@mybillfighter.co.uk). By using the site you agree to them.
What Bill Fighter does
It reads details from a bill you provide, estimates your contract status and potential savings, and drafts letters for you to send yourself. We don't contact providers for you, switch you, or search for deals.
Not advice
Everything is general information, not financial or legal advice. Estimates depend on the details you give and may be wrong. Always check your contract terms (including exit fees) and the letter before sending. Your provider decides whether to change your price.
Your responsibilities
- Only upload bills that are yours or that you're allowed to use.
- Check details read from photos; they may be wrong.
- Keep your password safe; don't misuse, overload or try to break the site.
Accounts
You must be 18 or over to create an account. You can delete your account at any time from My bills. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
Availability
The service is free and provided "as is". We may change or stop it, and reminder emails may occasionally fail, so don't rely on them alone.
Liability
We aren't liable for losses from decisions you make using the site, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't be limited under UK law, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may also bring proceedings in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
